Just For The Record is a boutique studio complex in Sun Valley, Los Angeles, founded in 2021. From instruments to gear to software to amenities, our space and services are what define JFTR, along with our talented team. Learn more about us and why we do what we do by reading below.
Founded by producer Moritz Braun in August of 2021, Just For The Record is an up-and-coming studio option in LA that’s here to stay. Moritz serves as owner of the newly opened recording studio, working closely with the studio manager, Denisse Cruz.
Since the beginning, Just For the Record has been made possible with the expert knowledge and talent of our engineers. Matt Cerritos serves as our head engineer, with, Daniel Cullen, Stephanie D’Arcy, and Ruben Castro as our assistant engineers. In an effort to provide the full-service boutique studio experience, two of our team members, Sophia De Mira and Bryan Borders, serve as runners for our clients.
Each member of our team is a valued part of what makes JFTR work so well.Â
Our intuitive studio design, with acoustics designed by Jochen Veith and built by Classic Projects, streamlines the music workflow to facilitate the perfect studio experience. This premiere acoustic experience provides not only a stunning space but an amazing sound quality that makes recording a dream.
Sitting at 8763 Lankershim Blvd, Sun Valley, CA 91352, Just For the Record offers a spacious recording studio accommodation near the Hollywood Burbank Airport. Whether musicians hail from LA or fly in hoping to take their sound to the next level, JFTR is comfortably situated to provide quality service.
