Born in Munich, Germany, Moritz Braun has always had a passion for music, starting with piano and drums as a child and producing beats throughout his youth. However, before pursuing music professionally, Moritz built a career in hospitality, working for the prestigious five-star Sofitel in Munich. This experience in luxury service deeply influenced his approach to creating exceptional guest experiences.
Throughout this time, he continued to create music, with some of his work being featured in international cinema and advertisements.
Driven to take his passion further, Moritz decided to study music at Berklee College of Music, where he honed his skills as a producer and engineer. After graduating, he relocated to Los Angeles to immerse himself fully in the music industry.
In 2021, Moritz founded Just For The Record in Los Angeles, blending his hospitality expertise with his passion for music. The studio is more than just a state-of-the-art recording facility; it’s a place where artists feel at home, at ease, and completely focused on their creative process. Every detail is meticulously crafted to ensure an undisturbed, pure connection to music, supported by a dedicated team that shares Moritz’s commitment to excellence.
