5. Text Messages (SMS)

Just For The Record sends operational text alerts (“JFTR Control Center Alerts”) from +1 (213) 774-2280 to JFTR staff who opt in by texting START to that number. What we collect: the staff member’s mobile phone number, the date and time they opted in, and a record of the messages sent and of replies such as STOP or HELP. How we use it: only to send those alerts (a task needs a decision, a system login has expired, a scheduled job finished or failed), to honor opt-outs, and to keep the consent record. Message frequency varies, typically fewer than 30 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Program terms: justfortherecord.com/sms-terms

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
